It has come to our attention that certain portions of that ordinance should have been underlined to assist the authors of the Collier County Code in amending said Code to incorporate Ordinance No. 84-22. The absence of the underlining in no way affects the legality of the ordinance. It would be helpful, however, if you could attach the enclosed ordinance with the original Ordinance No. 84-22. The enclosed ordinance is properly underlined and will explain to the authors of the Code exactly what has been added and deleted. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely, LOUISE CHESONIS Deputy Clerk KBC:LC/d/3 Enclosure ORDINANCE 8~- 22 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2, THE C0MPRE- {4ENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY.
