AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2 THE COMPREHEN-
SIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 47-29-2 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 47 S.,
RANGE 29 E, NE CORNER OF NEW MARKET ROAD AND MAIN
STREET FROM I TO C-5; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE:
WHEREAS, Community Development Division petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE.'
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from I to C-5 and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 47-29-2, as
described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
Section 3, Township 47 S., Range 29 E., Commencing W~ corner,
E 2153.96' to Centerline of Newmarket Road, N 220.43', E 35'
to Easterly R/W POB, continue easterly to Westerly Canal Boundary,
S 16 degrees West to ~ section line, West to easterly R/W of New
Market Road N 220.43 feet to POB, OR 939 PG 2135.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon i otice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
