WHEREAS, Angler's Hotel and Boat Docks, Inc., petitioned the Board
of County Co,~.issionera to change Zonint Classification of the
hereinafter described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT OP~AINED BY THE BOARD OF COL~TY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from MHRP to TRRVC and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number
53-29-7, as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:

SECTION T~O:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
