AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-52, THE KINGS
LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENT, TO AMEND
SECTION ?.2.A, AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WNEREAS. Kings Lake, LTD., Petitioner, hms petitioned the Board of
County Co..~tsstoners of Collier County to Amend Ordinance 82-52; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendment is in the interest of textual
clarity for present and future interpretation; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendment does not affect the General Plan
of Development of Kings Lake, LTD.
NOW, TIIEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier CSunty, Florida:
SECTION
Sec~?.2.A of Ordinance 82-52 is hereby amended to read as follows:
.~l;" The primary function and purpose of Tracts A, B, C, D, E,
r',' G shall be to provide as aesthetically pleasing open area
....,.." for the common use and service of all occupants and
.... ~%' members of the project, and to provide for the flood
-' relief and drainage of the total subdivts.4on. The primary
function and purpose of Tract F shall be to provide an
aesthetically pleasing open area for the common use and
service of the occupants of Block "P" only, who shall be
responsible for the maintenance of said Tract F.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
