Ordinance 84-07ORDINANCE 84- 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2, TIIE COM- PREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCOR- PORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY BY AMENDING SECTION 7.10 (ESTATES DISTRICT) TO PERMIT O:'.~Y THOSE PROVISIONAL USES AND STRUCTURES APPROVED PRIOR TO JANUARY 17, 1984; TO ALLOW EXPANSION OF EXISTING PROVISIONAL USES; TO PROVIDE A TERMINATIOM DATE FOR THIS ORDINA[~CE; TO PROVIDE FOR PERMITTED PROVISIONAL USES IF TERMINATION OF PROVISION OCCURS PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF GOLDEN GATE MASTER PLAN; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: Section 7.10 b 3) of the Zoning Ordinance of Collier County, Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended to read as follows: 7.10 b 3) Permitted Provisional Uses and Structures ~a~-6h~rehes-anM-~he~-p½mees-~f-w~rmh~pv 7¸' ~ . ~, 77 No orovisional use or structure shall be ~er~itted in an E-Estates District other (1) those uses or structures approved prior to January 17, 1984{ by the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Collier County Ordinance 82-2 or prior ~ollier County Zonin~ Ordinances in ef'fe~ at the ~ime of approval. (2) Public, private and parochial schools and colleges having a conventional ~cademic"~urriculum. (3) Recreational facilities not accessory to principal use. (4) Social and fraternal organizations. (Subject to Section 8.11).
