tutional enterprise, including but not
limited to sanitarium, domiciliary
houses, resident school, hotels, motels,
apartment houses, condominiums, rooming
houses, offices, stores, restaurants,
warehouses, repair shops, churches,
schools and other facilities which hold
themselves out to the public as places
of business. $100.00

CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
.BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
Counti~, Florida, AND BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, Ex-0fficio the Governing
Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District that:
:~ECTION 1. APPLICABILITY. This 0rdinance shall apply to all
connertions to any sewer system within Sewer Area "A", Sewer Area
"B", ~ewer Area "C", and Sewer Area "D" of the Collier County
NateroSewer District. No residence, business or institution shall
be exempt from this Ordinance.
:FECTION 2. DEPOSIT AMOUNT. A deposit amount, to guarantee
payme~t of sewer service bills, based on the type of connection, is
hereb[~ adopted by the District as follows:

No person shall receive sewer service from the
District until such person has made application
for service and paid all fees due prior to
connection to District facilities, including the
deposit specified above. Failure to pay a sewer
service bill when due shall result in the
deposit being applied to the outstanding balance
due for such service in addition to all other

~ECTION 3. DEPOSIT REFUNDS. Deposits shall be refunded only
upon transfer.' of the connected property from one owner to ar]other
owner. The County reserves the right to deduct any final blliing
or any accrued indebtedness from said deposit, and the balance, if
any, :shall be refunded to the depositor. Each residence or ?[ace
of bu:~iness shall be considered a separate service, and a
shall be re,gulfed for each separate service.
SECTION 4. COMFLICT AND S~IERABILiTY. in th.= evenz this
0rdin~nce conflicts with any other Ordinance of Collier County,
Florid.a, or any other applicable law, the more restrictive
apply. If any phrase or portion of this Ordinance is held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competenz jurisdiction, such
porticn snail be deemed a separate distinct anG independent:
provision and such holding shall not effecz the validity of the
remaining portion.
SEC%'ION 5. EI'qrECTIVE DATE. 'l~his Ordinance s~all take effect
upon receipt of notice t~at it has been filed with the Secretary of
State.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, at its regular meeting held the 17th
