WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the County Staff that the
legal description for the property was incorrect in the original
Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Co~iseloners
of Collisr County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The legal description be corrected to read as follows:

thereof, all lands lying West

SECTION TWO:
