Moore, representing Vand~rbilt Beach Motel, Inc., petitioned the Board of County Cou~nissioners to change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COb~TY, FLORIDA: SECTION ONE: The Zoning Classification of tha herein describld raal property is changed from C-3 to RT and the Official Zorzt~g Atlas Map Number &8-25-9, aa described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly: Tract III and Tract IV, Block "B", Conner's Vanderbilt Beach Estates, Unit fl, P.B. 3, Page 8 and 9 and Lot I and Lot 2, Block "A", Vanderbilt Beach Canter, Plat Book 3, Page 16, Official Records of Collier County, Florida. ''~ ~1, R-85-21C Ordinance AGREEHENT I, Hichael J. Moore, as o~ner or authorized agent for Petition R-85-21C, agree to the following stipul~tions requested by the Collier County Planning Comission in their public hearing on December 5, 1985. Any landscaping for the site should use a preponderance of native vegetation. Detailed site drainage plans for the entire "Parcel B' as shown on the Plan of Record, be brought into compliance with Collier County Water Management Criteria and shall be submitted to the County Engineer. No construction permits shall be issued unless and until approval of the proposed construction in accordance with the submitted plans is granted by the County Engineer. Plan of Record: "Project Development Plan, Vanderbilt Beach Motel, Collier County, Florida", prepared by The Design Collective, P.A., dated July, 1985. The developer shall provide a drainage easement and install an outfall pipe between Gulf Shore Drive and Vanderbilt Lagoon. This easement may be along the north or south boundary of the property, whichever best serves the developer's purposes. The developer shall provide a temporary construction easement of up to ten feet along the east side of Gulf Shore Drive. This easement shall be granted at such time as the County or its contractor begins roadway improvements to Gulf Shore Drive. All construction drawings regarding connection to the existing water and sewer facilities of the County Water-Sewer District shall be reviewed and approved by the Utilities Division prior to the appxoval of Building Permits for the project. The Developer shall pay all applicable water and sever connection charges, pursuant to the Ordinance in effec~ at the time Building Permits are requested.
