Ordinance, Collier County Ordinance 83-32;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Com~issioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE: PUD Document Sec! '.on "Development Regulations". shall
amended to add a new Subsection A, XVI, which shall read as
follows:
ACCESS:
A drivevay may be constructed to Palm Drive. pesitn
drawings to be approved by Collier County En~ineerin~
Department before construction.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordit~ncs shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
