RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 200
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING STEPHEN J. HRUBY,
SALLY MASTERS, AND KENNETH KELLY AND APPOINTING
STUART WARSHSAUER TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on July 31, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted
Ordinance No. 91-65 establishing the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-65, as subsequently amended, provides that this Advisory
Committee shall be composed of eleven (II) voting members and one (I) alternate member
appointed by the Board and the Naples City Council based on residency and professional
experience related to affordable housing; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacant, unexpired term and on October 1,2010, there
will be three additional vacancies on this Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has provided to the Board of
County Commissioners its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the appointments to the
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee are as follows:
1. STEPHEN 1. HRUBY, in the category of Residential Home Building Industry, is hereby
reappointed for a three year term, said term to expire on October 1,2013.
2. SALLY MASTERS, in the category of Real Estate, is hereby reappointed for a three year
term, said term to expire on October I, 2013.
3. KENNETH KELLY, in the category of Labor Active In Home Building, IS hereby
reappointed for a three year term, said term to expire on October 1,2013.
4. STUART WARSHAUER, in the category of Advocate for Low Income Persons in
Connection with Affordable Housing, is hcreby appointed to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant term, said term to cxpire on October 1,2011.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 28th
day of September, 2010.
