AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS HAP NI~'BER 49-25-5 BY
CHABGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROH C-4 ~ C-I TO C-3
FOR A SINGLE-STORY RETAIL CENTER LOCATED ON TIlE
EAST SIDE OF U.S. 4I AND NORTH OF SHADY REST
LANE AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATEr

T. Jones, petitioned the Board of County Comisaioners to change the
Zoning Cla,sification of the herein described real property;
NOW. THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Comis-
siGners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
is changed from C-4 and C=l to C-3 and the Official Zoning Atlas
Nap Number 49-2}-5, as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended
accordingly: ,

SECTION T~O:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
