Being a portion of the NWl of Section 3, Township 50 South,
Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida; and being more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 3; run

Section 3, 440.57 feet; thence S 00°-05'-40" E, 50.00 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING: and also being in the Southerly
Right-of-way line of State Route S-858; thence N 890-64'-20'' E
along said Southerly Right-of-way lin~, 380.65 feet; thence
S 00°-31'-13" W, 1147.78 feet, to the Northerly Right-of-way
line of State Route S-856, said Northerly Right-of-way line
