ESTABLISHED THE FOXFIRE PLANNED UNIT DEViL-
MENT! AMENDING THE EXISTING FOXFIRE P.U.D. BY
AMENDING SUBSECTION 3.4.4., MINIMUM YARDS~
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~EREAS, U;S. Home.Corporation petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amond the
Foxfira Planned Unit Development Ordinance, Collier County
Ordinance 81-68~
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION-
ERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT
SECTION ONEI
Ordinance No. 81-68, P.U.D. Document Section 3.4.4, Minimum
Yards, subsection 3.4.4(c) shall be amended to read a3 follows=
3.4.4. MINIMUM YARDS=
A. Front yard - 30 feet (Tract A-l)
25 feet (Tract A-2)
B. Side yard - 7.5 feet (Tract A-l)
5.5 feet (Tract A-2)
Rear'Yard - 30 feet ITract A-2}

In ~he case o'f residential po'ols w~-~are screen
enclosed or unenclosed, rear yard setbacks may be

D. ' All yards abutting a street shall be front yards. Four-
sided corner iots shall have two front and two side
yards. Five-sided corner lots shall have two front,
two side, and one rear yard, with the rear yard being
farthest from the abutting streets.
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
