BE IT ORDAINED BY T~E BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA*
Section One: Ordinance No. 76-71Re~ealed.
Ordinance No. 76-71, which relates to the regulation
and' franchising of water and sewerage systems and bulk water
utilities in Collier County, Florida, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
Section Two: Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida, this 21st day of May, 1985.
