Section 1. Crsationf Boundaries! Purposes. r~ ~

Unit (the "Unit") is hereby created, with boundaries d~scrib~d aa _.

Section 2. Governtn~ Board. Povers and Duties.
The governess board of the Unit shall be the ~oard of County
Co..~tsalonere of Collier County, Florida with the pover end duty to
conduct the affairs of the Unit ae prescribed by florida Statutes.
Section 3. Annual Bud[et! Taxtnl Authority.
For the purpose of carrying into effect this article, the Board of
County Co~iseioners shall annually, at the time required by general
bud%stary lay0 sake an itemiaed estinate of the amount of nonny required
to carry out the business of the District for the next fiscal ycer.

Section &. Collection of Taxes.
Taxes herein provided for shall be assessed and collected in the
sase manner end form as provided for the assessment end collection of
~sneral County taxes and subject to the sams fees for assassin8 and
collecting es general Country taxes.
Section 5. Construction and Ssverabilit~.
1. This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
2. If any portion, phrase or ~ord of this Ordinance ie held
invalid or unconstitutional, such portion, phrase or word shall be
deemed a separate distinct and independent provision and such holding
shall not affect the validity of the re,aisle8 portion.
