RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 175
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING JOHN J. AGNELLI
AND ROSS P. OBLEY TO THE COLLIER COUNTY EDUCATIONAL
FACILITIES AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Collier County Resolution No, 99-177, established the Educational Facilities
Authority for Collier County pursuant to Sections 243.18 through 243.40, inclusive, Florida
Statutes (Higher Educational Facilities Authorities Law); and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 99-177 provides that the Authority shall be composed of five
members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Educational Facilities Authority has provided the Board
of County Commissioners with it recommendations for appointment to their Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that JOHN J. AGNELLI and ROSS P.
OBLEY are hereby reappointed to the Collier County Educational Facilities Authority for five-
year terms, said terms to expire on June 12,2015.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 14th
day ofSepteWQet:~'2010.
