Section One: R__epeal of Ordinance No.84-75
Ordinance No. 84-75 which related to a water system
development charge refund policy is hereby repealed.
Section Two: Repeal of Ordinance No. 84-76
Ordinance No. 84-.76 which'related to a sewer system
development charge refund policy is hereby repealed.
Section Three: Conflict and Severabilit¥
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other
ordinance of Collier County or other applicable law, the more
restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of this
Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of .-.
ccmpete~t Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed & separate,
distinct and independent provisio~ ~nd such holding shall not
affect the validity~of tke..remaining portion.
Section Four: Effecttv~ Date
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
