E=tates Beautification ~unictpal Service Taxing Unit be ~odi[isd; and
~HEREAS, boundaries of the Da=trice ~ust be a=tablishad prior to January
1, 1988 in order to reflect on the tax rolls for ~f 88/89, and thereby
allov~g collection of revenues at the earlie=t possible date for the Units
