Developments (PUD) on ·n annual basis to assure compliance vtth the
cc~alt~ents in each PUD Ordinance;
NOW, TELrlLEFORE BE IT ORDAINED by th· Board of County Cc~issioner·
of Collier County, Florid·:
Ordinance 82-2, The Co~prahensiva Zoning Ordinance for the Un-
incorporated Areas of Collier County, Florida Section 7.27 (I'UD) Planned
Unit I~velo~nc is hereby amended by adding a new Subsection k.,
H~nitoring ~tquirenenta, as follows:
Honitorin{.Requtre=ents: Monitorin$ reports shall ~e
submitted by the developer/owner or authorized a~enc of a PUl)
to the Zonin{ Director. The monitorin8 report shall be sub-
mitted annually, on each enniversar~ of the date said PUD
was.approved uati1 the pro~ect i· completely constructed
~nd all commitments in the PUD Document/Piaster Plan 'ara
set~.
Projects. approved prio~ to the date o~ adoption of this
a~endmsnc shall be bound bZ the requirements and provisions
sat forth in this section. The first monitorin~ report shall
include the retuired infor~ation since the date of approval of
the PUD. The developer/o,~ner or authorized stent =ay request
· three (3) month extension of the first ~onitoriul report if
the anniversar? dace of approval of the PUD falls within the
first three (3) months after adoption of this ordinance.
The monitorin~report shall provide the follovtn~
information:
I) Rams of project;
2_~) Rezone patztion number;
3) Name of o~mer, developerl
General' description of project activities over past
12 months;
Number of units, by residential tTTe; s~uare footage and
acreage of recreation facilities, co~mercisl and other
permitted uses; infrastructure ~nd/or other noes which
are c~plete or for which a valid permit has been issued.
