AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 85-22, FOR LELY
BAREFOOT BEACH CONDOMINIUM, TO REDUCE %~E MAXIMUM
DWELLING UNITS FROM 110 TO 50; ADDING SECTION 3.4
RELATING TO ACCESS FROM ANGUILLA LANE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lely Development Corporation, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amend the Lely
Barefoot Beach Condominium Planned Unit Development Ordinance, Collier
County Ordinance 85-22;
NOW, THE~£FORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Co-~issioners
of Collier County, Florida, that:
SECTION ONE:
Ordinance 85-22, Planned Unit Development (PUD) document, Section
2.3, shall be amended to read as follows:
2.3 MAXIMUM DWELLING UNITS
A maximum of ½~g 50 dwelling units may be
constructed on the property.
SECTION TWO:
Ordinance 85-22, PUD document, Section III, Special Development
Standards, Add Subsection 3.4. Anguilla Lane Access Limitation, as
follows:
3.4. ANGUILLA LANE ACCESS LIMITATION:
There shall be no access from Anguilla Lane into the Condo
Site.

SECTION THREE: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
