TO PROVIDE FOR VINYL ~CLOSED PORC~S;
~D BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Whereas, aluminum screen porches are'permitted with an
aluminum roof which is an integral part of the TTRV unit and
which must be removed when the TTRV unit leaves; and
Whereas, there seems to be no basis for the omission of
vinyl used either alone or in conjunction with screening in
the permitted enclosure.
NOW, THEREEO~E BE IT ORDAINED by the Board Of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Collier County Ordinance 82-2, as amended by ordinance
~4-60, Sectiont7.19, Travel ~railer-Recrea$ional Vehicle],Park
Campground:District, Subsection 7.19.b.2)(c)(ii) Accessory
Uses and Structures shall be amended as follows:
(ii) Aluminum with screen and/or vinyl enclosed
porches wigan aluminUm roof which ~
is an integral part of the TTRV unit
and which must be removed when the
TTRV unit is removed.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon notice _~t
