DESCRIPTION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIDED PROPERTY FOR
A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS THE STILES
CORPORATION LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF IMMOKALEE
ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE WEST OF 1-75, IN SECTION
30, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, AND BY PRO-
VIDING FOR AN ElrFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Co~,~unity Development Division, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners, to correct the legal description. / .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY.COf~ISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
Section One of Ordinance 86-58 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
located in Section 30, Township 48 South, Range 26 East, Collier
County, more accurately described as the West 1/2 of the Northeast
1/~ of the Northwest 1/4, Section 30, Township 48 South, Range 26
East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from A-2 to "PUD" Planned
Unit Development in accordance with the PUD document attaehed
hereto as Exhibit "A" which ts incorporated herein and by
reference made part hereof. The Official Zoning Atlas Map Number
48-26-9, as described in Ordinance 82-2, is hereby amended
accordingly.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
