ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 50-28 TO CORRECT SCRIVENEI(S
ERROR REQUESTING REZONING FROM A-1 TO A-2 "ST" IQ
REFLECT FROM A-1 TO A-2 CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN.
DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF ALLIGATOR ALLEY'
(SR-84), APPROXIMATELY 5 MILES EAST OF EVERGLADES
BOULEVARD, SECTION 1, 12 ASq) 13, TOWNSllIP 50 SOUTH,
RANGE 28 EAST, + 1920 ACRES, AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECfIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Community Development Division, representing the Board of
County Commissioners, has requested to correct a scriveners error to
reflect the Zoning of A-2 rather than A-2 "ST" of the hereinafter described
real property;
NOW, ~IEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
Section One of Ordinance 86-69 is Hereby amended to read as follows:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from A-I to A-2 u~'a and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-28,
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
Sections 1, 12 and 13, Township 50 South, Range
East, ~ 1920 acres, Collier County, Florida

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
