Section One: Corporate, Square Street Lishtins Municipal Sery, ice. TaxinK
Unit Createdl Boundaries.
Pursuant to Chapter 125 of the Florida Statutes, the Corporate Square
Street Lighting Municipal Service Taxing Onit ia hereby created for the purpose
of providing street lighting Co the residents of the taxing unit,
boundaries ¢,f which are hereinafter dsscribed~
All of Corporate Square as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 27-28,
inclusive, of the '.public records o~ ~°lliar County, Floridai all
being a parc of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier

County, Florida, containing 37.92 acres more or less.
Section Two: ~overnin~ Body. .
The governing body of the Unit shall be ex-officio the Board of County
Com=issioners of Collier County, Florida.
Section Three: purpose; Powers.
The Unit is foraed for the purpose of providing street lighting in the '
above-described subdivision and to Chat end shall possess all the powers to do

or rental of property, poles, wires, conduits, lights, meters, and the power to
maintain the same and to enter into contracts for providing the same and the.'~!
electric current to operate any lighting system therein installed.
Section Four: Annual Estimates of Expenses~ Taxation Rate.
For the purpose of carrying trico effecC t. hta Ordinance, the Board ot~..
County Commissioners shall annually, at the time required by general budgetary
law, make an itemized estimate of the amount of ~oney required to carry out the
business of the Unic for the next fiscal year, which shall be from October I to '.,i.:

within the Unit. At the time and placs for fixing the annual rate of taxation
for county purposes, the Board shall fix and causs to be levied mx all property
within the Unit subject to taxation a ~illage sufficient to meet the
requirements of the estimate; provideds however, the total millage shall not
exceed the ~dllage authorized hy law for smnicipal service taxing or benefit
units,
Section Five: Tax Assessment And Collection.
Taxes herein provided for shall be assessed and collected in the same
manner and form as provided for the assessment and collection of general county
taxes and subject to the saw fees for assessing and collecting as general
COUnty taxes,
