Unit Created~ Boundaries.
Pursuant to Chapter 125 of the Florida Statutes, the
Erinwood Phase 1 Street Lighting Municipal Bervice Taxing Unit is
hereby created for the purpose of providing street lighting to
the residents of the taxing unit, the boundaries o£ which ars
hereinafter described=
All of Erinwood Phase I as recorded in Plat Book 15,
Pages 3-4, inclusive, of the pttblic Records of Collier
County, Florida~ all being a part of Tract "M" of The
Vineyards Unit 2 as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 98-99,

~ection Three~ Purpose! Powers. ~
The Unit is formed for the purpose of providing street
lighting in the above-described subdivision and to that end shall
possess all the powers to do all things reasonably necessary to
provide such services, including ownership or rental of property,
poles, wires, conduits, lights, meters, and the power to maintain
the same and to enter into contracts for providing the same and
the electric current to operate any lighting system therein
installed..
Section Four~ Annual Estimates of Expenses/ Taxation Rate.
For the purpose oi implementing this Ordinance, the Board of
County Co~issioners shall annually, at the tl~e required by
~eoeral budgetary law, make an itemized estimate of the &mount of

fiscal year, which shall be from October 1 to and including
September 30 following. The estimate shall have for what purpose
the ~oneys are required and the amount necessary to be raised
~axation within the Unit. At the t~ and place for fixing
annual rate of t~ation for County pur~aea, ~e Board shall fix
~d cause to be levied on all property within ~e Unit s~ect to
~ation a millage sufficient to ~et the require~nts of
est~te~ provided, however, the total millage shall not exceed
~e ~llaqa authorized by law for municipal se~ice taxing
~nefit units.
~ection Fives Tax Assessment and Collection.
T~es herein provided for shall ~ assess~ and collect~
~e s~e ~nner and fora as provided for ~e assess~nt
collection of general County t~es and s~ect ~ ~e s~ fees
for assessing and collecting as general County taxes.

Section Seven~ Declaration of

This Ordinance shall bec~ e~fective al provided in Section
125.66(3), Florida Statutes.
