A site cleating plan shall be submitted to the Natural Resources Management Department and Community 0evelopment Oivlsion for their review and approval pilot to any substantial work on the site. This plan may be substituted in phases to coincide with the development schedule. The site cleating plan shall clearly depict how the final site layout incorporates retained native vegetation to the maximum extent possible and how toads, buildings, lakes, parking Iota, and other facilities have been oriented to accomuodsts this goal. Native species shall be utilized, whets available, to the maximum extent possible in the site landscaping design. A landscaping plan viii be submitted to the Natural Resources Management Oepa:tment and the Community 0avelopmant Division for their review and approval. ?his plan vtll depict the Incorporation of native species and their mix with other species, if any. The goal of site landscaping shall be the recreation of native vegetation and habitat characteristics lost on the site during construction o: due to past activitisl.
