geographic dividons of the County. among which is the srantina of

WHEREAS. the Coaetal Area Planning Commiesion. being the duly
appointed and constituted planning board for the area hereby affected.
ha. held a public hear ins after notice All in said regulations made and
provided. and ha. considered the advisability of Provi.iona1 11.e 'ttf" in a
C-4 zone for the property hereinafter de8c~ibed. and ha. found .. a
matter of fact that eatisfactory provision and arrangement hae been made
concerning all applicable matters required by said regulations and in
accordance with Section 13 - ld of the Zoning Regulations for tha Coastal
Area Planning Commission: and
