WHEREAS, the Board of County Commieaioners on Kay 11, 1982 entend into
an agreement with the Joint Ventura of Hole, Hontes, and Associates, Inc. and
Wilson, Mi~l.r, Barton, Soll and Peek. Inc. to provide a preliminary
.ngineering report, drawings, and apportionment rol1a for the Pine Ridg.
Industrial Park HSTU; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on August 7, 1984 aceepted the
preliminary .naineering report and authoriz.d the Joint V.nture 'of Hole,
Hontes, and Associates, Inc. and Wilson, Miller, Barton, 5011 and P.ek, Inc.
to revise the preliminary plan. update the preliminary asse~sment roll,
provide recommendations for financing the project. and ach.dul. a Preliminary
Asse.sm.nt Public H.aring for the Pin. Ridg. Industrial Park HSTU.; and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer in conjunction with representative. of the
Joint Venture of Hole. Hontes, and Associates, Inc. and Wilson. Hiller.
Barton, 5011 and P.ek, Inc. pr.s.nted a report and as.essment to the Board of
County Commiesioners showing an estimated total cost of water main
installation to be $1,009,402.00 having a approximate cost of $14.913 per
