RESOLUTION NO. 8S-~
RESOLUTION APPOINTING, REAPPOINTING OR
CONFIRMING 'l'HB APPOIH'1'MEHT OF MEMBERS TO
TUB COLLIER COOH'l'Y CODB ENFORCBMBNT BOARD.
WHEREAS, certain appointments to the Code ~nforcement
of Collier County expire in August, 1985, and
WHEREAS, it is nec..sary that the Board of County Commis-
sionen appoint or reappoint qualified members to the Code
Enforcement Board,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COOH'l'Y
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the following
appointments, reappointment. and confirmation of original
&ppointments to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board are as
follows:
a.) The appointment of Thomas A. Argyria is hereby
confirmed, said appointment being for a three-year term and
having commenced August 16, 1983.
b.) Herb Savage, Architect, was appointed to a one-year
term which commenced on August 16, 1983 and thereafter was
automatically reappointed to a three-year term which is hereby
confirmed, said three-year term having commenced on August 16,
1984.
c.) Marvin Needles, Realtor, was appointed to a two-year.
term which commenced on Augu~t 16, 1983. Mr. Needles is hereby
reappointed to a three-year term commencing August 16, 1985.
d.) Richard Haberlin, General Contractor, was appointed to
a two-year term which commenced on August 16, 1983. Mr. Haberlin
is hereby reappointed to a three-year term commencing August 16,
1985.
e.) Joseph A. Christy, Engineer, is hereby appointed to
aerve the remainder of the three-year term in the POsition
designated as -Engineer-, said term having commenced August 16,
1983.
