RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION or
PARKING FACILITIES AT CLAM PASS PARK.

WHEREAS, Westinqhouse communities of Naples, Inc., is obli-
gated to donate property to Collier County for use as a parking
lot facility at the time Collier County obtains all necessary
permits for construction of a boardwalk access system or some
other access system to Clam Pass Park, and
WHEREAS, Shelter Seagate Corporation is obligated to provide
funds for the construction of said parking lot facilities, and
WHEREAS, residents of the Seagate Subdivision have concerns
involving the noise, glare, and water runoff from said parking
lot facility as same may impact their quiet enjoyment of their
homes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that representatives of the
Seagate Property Owners Association shall have an opportunity to
review the plans and specifications for construction of the
parking lot facilities described above to ensure that the above-
mentioned concerns are adequately considered prior to the
commencement of construction. It is recognized by the Seagate
Property OWners Association that the Association shall have the
right to review and make comments on said plans and
specifications, but the final decision as to construction shall
remain with the County Manager of Collier County, Florida.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and roll call
vote as follows:
