authority to act on behalf of the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineer.; and
WHEll.EAS. the Florida Depart.ent of Natural Resource. has authority to
expend funds for the control of noxious aquatic plant. in certain .atar. of the
St.te of Florid.. including Laks Trafford; and
WHEREAS. the Florida Department of Natural Reaourc.. wishe. to contract
with Collier County for the control of noxious aquatic plant. at Laks Trafford
with said contract providing for reimbursement of certain expanse. incurred by
Collier County; end
WHEREAS. the Florida Department of Natural Resourc.. haa already re-
imbursed certain expense. to Collier County.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMKlSSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that:
Section 1. That said. contract. attached hereto and made a part hereof a.
though fully set out herein. by a~d between the Florida Department of Natural
aesources and Collier County. Florida. is approved.
Section 2. That said contract is approved. retroactively. with an ef-
fective date of Karch 15. 1985.
