RBSOLUTION ORDERING AND CALLING A REFERENDUM
ELlCTIOK TO BE HBI.D ON FEBRUARY 4, 1986, IN
THE GOLDEN GATE FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DIS-
TRICT TO DETERMINE IF THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS
or SAID DISTRICT APPROVE THE AMENDMENT OF THE
SPECIAL ACT CREATING THE DISTRICT TO AUTHORIZE
AN ADDITIONAL MILLAGE LEVY NOT TO EXCEED ONE (1)
MILL FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED TWO (2) YEARS
TO PROVIDE THE DISTRICT BOARD WITH FUNDS FOR
THB ACQUISITION OF FIXED AND CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF'
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION ONE: Referendum Election Called.
A referendum election be and is hereby ordered and called to
be held on February 4, 1986, for the purpose of submitting to
the qualified electors of the Golden Gate Fire Control and Rescue
District, the following question:
Shall Chapter 82-284, Special Acts, Laws of Florida,
(the act creating the Golden Gate Fire Control and
Rescue District) be amended to allow the District Board
to authorize an additional millage levy not to exceed
one (1) mill for a period not to exceed two (2) year.
for the acquisition of fixed and capital improvements?

SECTION TWO: Polling Places, Hours of Election and Election
Officials .
The election shall be held at the polling places designated
in each precinct in the District and conducted by election
officials appointed by the Supervisor of Elections pursuant to
applicable general law. The polls will be open at the voting
places from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on the day of the election.
SECTION THREE: Notice of Election.

referendum in the Naples Daily News, a newspaper of general
circulation published in Collier County, Florida. There shall be
at least thirty (30) days notice of said referendum, with
publication to be made at least twice, once in the fifth week and
once in the third week prior to the week in which the referendum
