RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF
. REVENUE ANTICIPATION HOTE
SPECIAL ROAD ASSESSMENTS FUND
ISSUE OF 1985
July 30. 1985
HOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The Board of County Commfssfoners, for value recefved, hereby will issue a note .
and promises to pay to the bearer the principal sum of one million four hundred
thousand and nO/100 ($1,400,000), payable on or before July 30, 1986. with interest
computed only to the date redeemed.
Both principal and interest in this Note are payable in lawful money of the
United States of Amerfca at the C~~nty Courthouse, East Naples. Florida.

The Note fs one :authorfzed to be issued to finance the cost of road paving and

improvements fn Collffr County, Florfda, under the authority of Chapter 125 of the

Florfda Statutes and a motion duly adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of

Collier County, Florida, on July 30, 1985.
The Note is payable from and secured by all uncommitted funds other than
ad valorem taxes accruing to Collier County, Florida.
It fs hereby certified and noted that all acts, conditions, and things required
to exist, to happen, and to be performed precedent to and in connection with the
issuance of the Note exist, have happened, and have been performed in regular and
due course and form as required by the laws and Constitution of the State of
applicable thereto and that the issuance of the Note does not violate any
constitutional or statutory provfsions or limitations.
