WHEREAS, due to the complex nature of the litigation
involved in the East Naples Water Systems, Inc. VB. Collier
County, Cue No. 85-0787-CIV-NESBITT, it has been determined by
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,
that it is in the be.t interest of Collier County that Karon,'
Morrison' Savikas, Ltd. be retained to represent Collier County
in various aspects of this litiqation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,' that Karon, Morrison ,
Savikas, Ltd., Attorneys a~ Law, are hereby' retained by Collier
County pursuant to the letter dated June 27; 1985, a copy of.
