WHEREAS, the Board of County Camaissioners approv.d the r.lonlu& of
a portion of Emerald Lakes PUD frO. PUD to ~2~ A-2ST and A-2PU on Hay
7. 1985, by Ordinance 85-16 and Resolution 85-112; and
WHEREAS, .the Emerald Lakes PUD document and _ster plan are no
longer in effect due to the rezoning of a portion of the PUD to the
original zoning; and
WHEREAS, the Development Order and Supplement no longer address the
development allowed by the zoninb for this property.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida that Development Order 82-1 and Development
Order 82-1 Supplement for Emerald Lakes PUD shall be found to be
inconsistent with the A-2, A-2ST and A-2PU zoning and shall be
rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be recorded in the
