RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 85-15 WHICH
ESTABLISHED A SCHEDULE OF PARKING FEES FOR
THE PELICAN BAY PARKING LOT FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Resolution 82-138 establishing a County Policy to maximize
utilization of user fees and/or concession revenue to off-set
increased costs of Parks and Recreation programs; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has approved the
operation of a park~ng facility at the Pelican Bay parking Lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Resolution 85-15
.is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION ONE: The following fee schedule is approved for all
users of the Pelican Bay parki~g lot facility irem-N~e~-~
~hre~~h-Hay-3e at all times during the year:
Enclosed Lot Parking
$ .50 per vehicle per day
On-Street Parking
$ .25 per four hours per vehicle, or
$ .50 per day per vehicle
Permits
$15.00 per year per family for the first vehicle.
Additional permits for additional family vehicles may be obtained
upon payment of a service charge in the amount of two dollars and
fifty cents ($2.50) per additional family vehicle. A permitted
vehicle may be parked in the enclosed lot or in 'an on-street
parking space, but such permit is not intented to guarantee and
does not guarantee the permit holder a parking space at either
location. All parking at the Pelican Bay parking facility shall
be on a first come, first serve basis.
