RESOLUTION 85-142
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
DECLARING A NUISANCE AND PROVIDING FOR PROPERTY
OWNER TO ABATE THE NUISANCE AS DESCRIBED IN LEGAL
NOTICE OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT DATED MAY 29, 1985.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 84-63 provides a property owner the right to ·
public hearing to present any relevant or material facta or evidence as
to why such lot or parcel does not create a public nuisance or why the
cost of the abatement of such nuil8nca should not ba paid for by the
owner of said lot or parcel or why the cost of the abatement of such
nuisance should not be assessed against such lot or parcel; and
WHEREAS, Legal Notice of Nuisance Abatement dated May 29, 1985 has
been appealed by Morgan S.Thomaa; and
WHEREAS, after the public hearing, it was determined that a nuisance
does exist and that Legal Notice of Nuisance Abatement for below de-
scribed property caused by an accumulation of trash and/or garbage as
defined by Ordinance 84-63 should not be rescinded for the following
described property:

Whispering Pines Subdivision, Block A, Lot 13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a nuisance does exist at the above
described property due to the accumulation of trash and/or garbage and
that the Legal Notice of Nuisance Abatement shall not be rescinded.
Said owner shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Resolution
to correct the condition and situation.
DONE, ORDERED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1985 after
motion, second and roll call vote as follows:
