RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET OF THE EASTERLY
140 FEET OF COCONUT RIVER, OF THE PLAT OF COCONUT RIVER,
UNIT NO. ONE. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 58, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177 .101, Florida Statutea, the Board of
C:OU:lty COlDIIliuioners of Collier County, Florida has received a petition frOll
Hvin Dhphouse to vacate part of a recorded plat in said County for the
purpose of using canal right-of-way to expand parking; and
WHEREAS, uid Board haa this day held a public hearing to consider
vacating said part of sAid plat, as more fully described below and notice of
said public hearing and petition to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely affect
the ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, tr.at the following :iescribed plat be and is her.by
vllcated:
The southerly 30 feet of the easterly 140 feet of Coconut
River, the plat thereof, Coconut River, Unit No. One as
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 58 of the Public Recorda of
Collier County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a seven and one-half. foot (7~') drainage

easelllent be retained on the northerly seven and one-half (7~') of the above
described parcel;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County and to make correction on
nald plat thereby vacated.
