RESOLUTION TO VACATE PAllCEL "SS-17" AND PORTIONS or
PAllCELS "CC" AND "SS-16" OF THE REPLAT OF WYNDEKERE TRACT
HAP. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13. PAGES 39 THROUGH 43
INCLUSIVE. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY.
FLORIDA.
WEREAS. pursuant to Section 177.101. Florida Statutes. tbe Board of
County Commi88ionera of Collier County. Florida haa received a petition frOll
W11aon. Killer. Barton. 5011 " Peek. Inc. aa agenta for the petitioner. to
vacate part of a recorded plat in said County for the purpose of replatting
a portion of said plat; 'and
WHEREAS. l8id Board haa this day held a public hearing to consider
vacating said part of said plat. as more fully described below and notice of
said public hearing and petition to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS. the granting of the requested ~acation will not adversely affect
the ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described plat be and is hereby
vacated:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County and to make correction on
said plat thereby vacated.
