WHEREAS, the Legialature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125,' , Florida Statute., he. conferred on all counties in Florida the power to e.tabli.h, coordinate and enforce zoning and .uch bu.ine.. regulation. a. are neceuary for the protection of the public, and .'. .
