WHEREAS, punuant to Section 177 .101, Florida Statut.., the Board of..
County Cowaiuionen of Collier County, norida hu received a petition frOll
Collier Development Corporation to vacate part of a recorded plat .~n sdd

WHEREAS, said Board has ~hb day held a public hearing to consider
vacating said part of said plat, all more fully described below and notice of
said public hearing arod petition to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely affect
the owners~ip or right of conver..ent access of other property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described plat be and b hereby
vacated:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County and to make correction on
said plat thereby vacated.
