WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statuua, the Board of
County ComIllhaionen of Collier County, Florida baa received a petition froa
Westinghoua. Communities of Naples, Inc. to vacate part of a recorded plat in

vacating said part of said plat, as more fully described below and notice of
laid public hearing and petition to vacate wal given al required by law: and
WHEREAS, the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely affect
thl ownership or right of convenient accesl of other property owners;
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described plat be and is hereby
vacated:
The five foot (5') drainage and utility euement locaud
on the northerly lot linea of Lou I, 2 ,and 3: an-i the
southerly lot linea of Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block "D" of the
Plat thereof; Pelican Bay, Unit 4 as recorded in Plat Book

BE IT FURTIlER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County and to make correction on
said plat thereby vacated.
