TO ISSUE NOT EXCEEDING $15,500,000.00
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT'BONDS'FOR THE
PURPOSE OF ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION
OF A QUALIFYING RETIREMENT HOUSING FACILITY
Sow THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY.

COMMISSINERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, thats
1. A public hearing was held on April 26, 1985 as required
by the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended. Public notice
of said meeting was published in the Naples Daily News, a
newspaper of general circulation published in Collier County,
Florida on April 11, 1985 and an affidavit of PUblication showing
due publication of notice of the public hearing was entered into
the record at said public hearing.
2. The Board of County Commissioners has considered the
request of the Housin~ Finance Authority, of Collier County,
Florida for approval to issue-not exceeding $15,500,000.00
Industrial Development Bonds for the purpose of the acquisition,
construction, and equipping of a qualifying retirement housing
faCility.
3. The issuance of the bonds by the Collier County
Industrial Development Authority pursuant to that certain bond
resolution adopted April 26, 1985 and providing for the issuance
of retirement rental housing revenue bonds (Beverly Retirement _
Naples, Ltd. Project) Series 1985 in a principal amount not to
exceed $15,500,000.00 is hereby approved.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and roll call
vote as follows:
