WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has reviewed the cost to provide these services and has found ,hat there has not been a significant change in this estimate since the system development charges were established. WHEREAS, the sewer system develo~ment charges for Service Areas "c" and "0" of the Collier County Water-Sewer District are as followa: a. Residential: Single-family residences, multi-family residences, apartment residences, mobile home residences; Each living unit of I bath, 225 galS/day/unit Each additional bath per living unit, 50 galS/day/unit b. Nonresidential: Hotel, motel and trailer rental units, 110 galS/day/unit $ 725.00 125.00 360.00 Commercial, office and industrial toilet units (not to include industrial waste), 400 galS/day/toilet 1,285.00 Commercial coin laundry water units, 200/gals/day/washer 640.00 Restaurant and lounge seating units, 35 galS/day/seat 110.00 NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County; Florida, Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the County Water-Sewer District of Collier _7ounty, Florida, that: 1) The Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the system development charges and determined that said charges are equitable and proportionate to the estimated costs for providing new connections to the system for new users. 2) The charges and conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 84-36 to permit connection to the County Sewer Service Areas "c" and "0" shall remain in effect.
