AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE TO ORDINANCE 87-57
FOR THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS VANDERBILT
VILLAS BY AMENDING THE }L~XIMUM NUMBER OF 79 DWELLING
UNITS (25 SINGLE-FAMILY - 54 MULTI-FAMILY) TO 75
DWELLING UNITS (21 SINGLE-FAMILY - 54 MULTI-FAMILY)
FOR THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF VANDERBILT DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 1800 FEET
NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF lllTH AVENUE NORTH AND
VANDEKBILT DRIVE IN SECTION 21, TO~'NSHIP 48 SOUTH,
RANGE 25 EAST, AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTTVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Community Development Division, representing the Board of
County Commissioners, has requested to correct a scriveners error to
reflect the number of units to 75 rather than 79 dwelling unite for
the hereinafter described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: Title To Ordinance 87-57 Amended
The title to Ordinance 87-57 is hereby amended as follows:
Ordinance 87-57:
An Ordinance amending Ordinance 82-2, The Comprehensive Zoning
Regulations for the Unincorporated Area of Collier County, Florida,
by amending the Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-5 by changing the
zoning ~lassification of the herein described real property from
RSF-1 to "PUD" Planned Unit Development known as Vanderbilt Villas
for a maximum number of 79 75 dwelling units (~ 21 Single-Family -
54 Multi-Family) for property located on the east slide of Vanderbilt
Drive, approximately 1800 feet North of the intersection of Illth
Avenue North and Vanderbilt Drive in Section 21, Township 48 South,
Range 25 East, 11.974 acres; and providing an effective date.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
