RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - 146
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS AND
ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE 2010 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 194.015, Florida Statutes, created a Value Adjustment Board for each
county; and
WHEREAS, Section 194.015, Florida Statutes, provides that this Board of County
Commissioners shall appoint two of its members and one citizen member to the Value
Adjustment Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. County Commissioners Tom Henning and Jim Coletta are hereby appointed to the 2010
Value Adjustment Board. Chairman Fred Coyle and County Commissioners Frank Halas
and Donna Fiala shall serve as alternate members.
2. David H. Farmer, appointed as a citizen member to the 2009 Value Adjustment Board,
shall continued to serve until the appointment of a new citizen member.
3. Bruce S. Preble, appointed as an alternate citizen member to the 2009 Value Adjustment
Board, shall continued to serve until the appointment of a new alternate citizen member.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 27th
day of July, 20 I O.
