RIGHT OF ENTRY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that COLLIER COUNTY, whose mailing
address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter known as "Grantor," for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to Grantor in hand
paid, does hereby grant unto CIRCLE 8 GRADING, LLC, whose mailing address is 545 13th
Street NW, Naples, Florida 34120, hereinafter known as "Grantee," the temporary license and
right to enter upon the lands of the Grantor for the sole purpose accessing Grantee's property to
clear brush and debris. Grantor's property is legally described as:
S}'2 of SE Y4 of N E Y4 of SW Y4, less E 10Ft and less S 10Ft, within
Section 30, Township 48 South, Range27 East, Collier County, Florida.

ALL RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE herein granted shall remain in full force and effect for
thirty (30) days from date accepted by the Board of County Commissioners or until completion
of the clearing brush and debris activity, whichever comes first.
ADDITIONALLY, the rights and interest granted hereunder are conditioned upon the
reasonable exercise thereof by Grantee. Grantee agrees not to unreasonably interfere with
Grantor's use of the aforementioned lands, and agrees to provide Grantor with advance notice
when exercising its rights hereunder. At the conclusion of the clearing brush and debris activity
from Grantee's property, Grantee shall restore the surface of Grantor's land to the condition
existing prior to the commencement of clearing brush and debris activity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed this
