COUNTY, FLORIDA BY ~ENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 47-29-1 BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST SIDE OF SR-29 IN SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, FROM
A-iF.q, AGRICULTURAL WITH MOBILE HOME
OVERLAY, TO RSF-4, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE
FA24ILY; AND BY PROVIDING A3{ EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Fred N. Thomas, Jr., representing the Collier
County Housing Authority, petitioned the Board of County
Commiesionors to change the zoning classification of the herein
described real property;
THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
NOW,
' Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: ,,~
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classificatlon of ~he herein described
property is changed from A-1MH to RSF-4 and the Official Zoning
Atlas Map Number 47-29-1, as described in Ordinance 82-2, is
hereby amended accordingly~
South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4, lying East of S.R.
29; of Section 11, Township 47 South, Range 29
East, Collier County, Florida, containing 19.61
acres; subject to restrictions and reservations of
record, reserving unto Seller their oil, gas and
mineral rights.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been
., filed with the Secretary of State.
