Yin.s, Vines and Associa~.s, Inc.,~'~%~ ~. representing Mobil Oil Corporation, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amend Ordinance Number 82-68, as amended, by amending "Permitted Uses" incorporated in the Planned Unit Development document. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: Permitted Uses of the Quail 2 Planned Unit Development is hereby amended to read as follows: Permitted Uses: Attached single family structures; multi-family dwellings; recreational open space; golf course and golf club complex, including indoor and outdoor social, recreational, dining, and service facilities; golf course maintenance facilities; temporary sewage treatment plant, initially on the site approved as PU-81-7C, subsequently on the site indicated on the approved Quail 2 Master Plan; neighborhood recreation facilities; commercial uses; civic and cultural uses; public service uses; landscape nursery for the production of materials to be used within Quail Creek Words-str~ek-~hr~gh are deleted; words ~ are added. oo Developments. That the PUD document as amended, be prefaced with a Statement of Compliance to the effect that approval of this petition does not provide any potential commercial project with any vested rights and further, any commercial property shall be subject to the Zoning Evaluation program. b. That the amended PUD document include the following provision: The approved Quail II Master Plan shall constitute the approved Subdivision Master Plan for the golf course and residential complex. A Subdivision Master Plan for the commercial zoned property shall be submitted to the County ~or administrative review by staff. The plan shall me~t the requirements of the Subdivision Regula~ument.
