AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 89-20 "SAND
RIDGE" PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO CORRECT
SCRIVENER'S ERROR TO REFLECT REVISED
EXHIBITS 2-5, AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Community Development Division, representing the
Board of County Commissioners, has requested to correct a
scrivener's error to reflect revised Exhibits 2-5;
WHEREAS, the Master Plan Exhibit 1 was revised during the
course of public hearings;
WHerEAS, the necessary revisions need to be reflected on
Exhibits 2 through 5 in order to be consistent with the Master
Plan - Exhibit 1;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Ordinance 89-20 is hereby amended accordingly to reflect
revised Exhibits 2-5. (See attached Revised Exhibits 2-5)
SECTION TWO - EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice from the Secretary of State that this ordinance has been
filed with the Secretary of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, this 26th day
of September , 1989.
